Client A: I like flat roofed designs very much but when I remember the cost of doing another slab up there I shrink. Because another slab calls for those “pillars” to support it hence more metal bars {chumas}. Arch Dann: You don’t have to use a slab up there to do a flat-roof and no columns (pillars) are needed.
